Food & Exercise Dairy for Tuesday 2/10
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1 tb flaxseed, mixed berries, cinnamon. Grape juice, multi-vitamin.
Lunch - Salad with spinach, cabbage, tomato, bell pepper, onion, carrots, balsamin vinaigrette. Apple.
Exercise - 45 min on treadmill including 7x hill repeats. 10 lb curls, 3x10. 12 lb oblique reps, 3x16. Hamstring exercise with feet on ball, 3x16. 3 - 1 min planks with toes on medicine ball.
Snacks - 3 pieces of celery with a little peanut butter, calcium chew. Mixed nuts.
Dinner - Wine Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with cantaloupe. Really good recipe! Moist and tasty.
Wine Pork Recipe - 1 tb coriander seed, 1 tb mustard seed, 1 tb paprika, 2 cloves garlic, 1 tb red wine, 1 tb olive oil, 1 tb canola oil. Rub pork tenderloin and let sit for at least an hour. Cook at 425 for 45 min (well done).
Went to Trader Joes today. I love that store! Bought the calcium chews. Since I have decreased dairy products I've been concerned about that. As a 20-something woman I know I still need lots of calcium. I also purchased Almond Breeze Vanilla, an alternative to milk. Thought I would give it a shot. Had to get a bottle of their cheap but tasty wine too. Need some for tonight's dinner.
