Food Diary for Friday 2/12
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal, mixed berries, 1 tb flaxseed, cinnamon, multi-vitamin.
Snacks - Apple, 2 See's Chocolate Hearts
Lunch - Salad with spinach, tomato, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, hard-boiled egg. 2 slices deli ham.
Snack - Chocolate covered strawberry.
Dinner - Rotisserie chicken breast and thigh, carrots and celery, glass of red wine.
Darn Valentine's Day! Inspires me to eat chocolate and drink wine. I've been so good about avoiding unnatural sweets - until yesterday that is. Oh well, got to enjoy the spoils of the good life sometimes. :)
