Report for 2/13

Food & Exercise Diary for Saturday 2/13
Breakfast - Banana, 2 slices of deli ham, small glass of Almond Breeze.
Exercise - 10 mile run in the beautiful sunshine! Averaged 10 min/mile. 837 calories burned. Even though I'm fighting the remnants of a cold, I felt really strong. Perhaps my protein packed breakfast helped?
Post-Run Snack - Protein shake made with 2 canned pear halves, 1 tb pear juice, vanilla yogurt, 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder. Could've used more pears/juice to sweeten it.
Lunch - Went to the Habit Burger Grill. Will have to remember this place. It was easy to find something paleo friendly. Had a tasty salad with lettuce, roma tomato, cucumber, red onion, and carrots, topped with a grilled chicken breast.
Dinner - Taco salad with lettuce, ground turkey, black beans, roma tomato, salsa, a little sour cream. One See's Chocolate Heart for dessert.
