Food & Exercise Diary for Wednesday 2/17
Breakfast - Fruit smoothie blended with 1 cup plain non-fat yogurt, peaches, melon, strawberries. Calcium supplment, multi-vitamin.
Snack - 2 See's Chocolate Hearts. I should really give those away. Having them "hidden" in my desk at work is just NOT a good idea. Way too tempting.
Exercise - 50 min on the treadmill, avg pace 5.3 mi/hr. Was a little tender from yesterday's workout in the butt of all places. I didn't feel like I worked that hard!
Lunch - Salad with cabbage, tomato, red bell pepper, broccoli, hard-boiled egg, red curry powder, pepper. Apple, small glass of Almond Breeze.
Dinner - 1/2 salmon fillet, roasted brussel sprouts. 1 scoop raspberry icecream. Shouldn't have, but couldn't let my husband enjoy a dessert without me!
Went to the store and bought a butternut squash. I love my salads, but I was craving a change of pace for work-day lunches. Going to make soup today and pack it up.
