Food Diary for Thursday 2/18
Breakfast - Banana, 1 cup plain yogurt with fresh kiwi. Calcium supplement, multi-vitamin.
Snack - Mixed nuts.
Lunch - Curried butternut squash soup, green beans, carrots.
Dinner - Beef meatloaf, steamed broccoli, one slice sourdough bread with honey.
Not eating the best this week. Feeling a little bloated and constipated. Hmm... Another interesting stat. Took my bloodpressure today while at the grocery store. It was 108/82. The lower number was a little higher than I've been in the past, but healthy overall. Got some bad news at work today... wonder if that had any effect?
