Report for 2/19

Food & Exercise Diary for Friday 2/19
Breakfast - Banana and a thin slice of flaxseed bread with honey. Calcium supplement, airborne.
Snack - Carrots
Lunch - Butternut squash soup, apple.
Exericse - 35 min run on the treadmill.
Snack - Mixed nuts.
Dinner - Husband had a special event, picked up dinner for us from Boston Market. Turkey breast & mixed steamed veggies - good. Mac & Cheese - not good. Corn bread - not good. Some cheats to be sure. Then had a couple appetizers during a reception. Not good either. Sometimes I don't know why I binge because I always feel terrible afterward - guilt, bloating, constipation, in other words, all the "fun" stuff. Looking forward to rebalancing my body with healthy food tomorrow and a 6 mile run on Sunday.
