Food & Exercise Diary for Tuesday 2/2
Breakfast - Banana, yogurt, multi-vitamin.
Snack - Carrots
Lunch - Turkey Chili, Green Beans, Apple.
Exercise - 35 minutes on the treadmill.
Dinner - Salad with spinach, cabbage, bell pepper, carrots, tomato, hard boiled egg.
Snack - Grapes
Body Stats
Weight = 106 lb
BMI = 19.38
Chest = 32.5"
Waist = 24.5"
Hips = 34"
My chest increased a bit, may be a goof, although I am PMSing and you know what that can do... Hips decreased by 1/2" - woohoo! Hope that is accurate. Although I know many women would be jealous of 34" hips and my husband would be furious with me if they got much skinnier, I'm happy. It's my goal to tone and strengthen there.
