Food & Exercise Diary for Thursday 2/4
Breakfast - 1/2 cup oatmeal, frozen fruit, 1 tb flaxseed, cinnamon. Apple juice.
Snacks - Carrots, Apple
Lunch - Turkey chili, green beans and broccoli.
Exercise - 20 min on the treadmill, 10 min weight workout.
Dinner - Salad w/ spinach, cabbage, carrots, tomato, bell pepper, onion, hard boiled egg. Orange juice. One small brownie. Was out late working, wanted a sugary sweet to reward the hard effort.
