Food Diary for Saturday 2/6
Breakfast - 3 homemade pancakes, 2 scrambled eggs, 1/2 banana. Had breakfast with some family before working on taxes. Needed some fuel for the not-so-fun task. :)
Lunch - Salad with lettuce, tomato, corn, snap peas, carrots. 1/2 banana.
Snack - Red Grapes
Dinner - Trader Joes Curry Chicken Tenders and steamed broccoli. Yum! Cooked white rice for the husband, but I avoided it. I already had my carbs today in the form of pancakes - definitely not paleo.
Ugh I'm sick. I hate being sick. At least the weather is cold and ugly. Doesn't make me feel like I'm missing the sunshine. I am supposed to run 9 miles this Sunday. Unless I feel terrible in the morning, I plan to go, but I will be easy on myself.
Challenge for tomorrow - getting through the super bowl party without cheating.
