Food & Exercise Diary for Thursday 2/11
Breakfast - Banana, yogurt, grape juice, multi-vitamin.
Snacks - Cantaloupe, 3 See's Chocolate Hearts. They were given to be at work - I just couldn't resist the sweet chocolatey goodness. I haven't had chocolate for a while and figured what the heck?
Lunch - Pork tenderloin slices, celery and carrot sticks, balsamic vinaigrette.
Snacks - Apple, a handful of raisin and nuts.
Dinner - Pulled pork cooked in apples, red potato wedges, green beans.
Exercise - 30 min walk. Fighting a cold, didn't feel up for a run.
Two people today said that I look skinny, "the smallest I've ever seen you." Hmm, definitely not trying to lose weight, just tone up and build lean muscle. Will have to watch it. Maybe I haven't adequately replaced all the calories from processed foods and grains with healthy calories from lean meats, veggies and fruits.
