Report & Goal

Food Diary for Sunday 2/28
Breakfast - Banana, oatmeal which included 1/4 cup oats, 1/4 cup Almond Breeze, 1/4 water, 1 tb pumpkin puree, dash of cinnamon and nutmeg. Good flavor, I like my oatmeal a little drier though. Calcium supplement, multi-vitamin, glass of pineapple juice.
Lunch - Kabocha Pumpkin Soup. Salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots, celery, a little bit of Catalina dressing. Apple, pineapple juice.
Dinner - 3 pieces of orange chicken, 3 thin slices of tri-tip beef, one piece of wheat bread. Salad with lettuce, cabbage, carrots, tomatoes. Cranberry juice.

Goal of the Week
Squash! Craving noodles? Buy spaghetti squash. Craving bread? Haven't figured that one out yet...
