Report & Week 4 Goals

Food & Exercise Diary for Sunday 2/7
Breakfast - Banana, yogurt, orange juice, multi-vitamin, cold medicine. Ugh I hate being sick! I am trying to muster up the will power and physical strength to run this morning.
Exercise - Nixed the 9 mile run for a 5.5 mi treadmill run and some weights at the gym. Thought being in a place where I could stop if a coughing attack hit would be better than being stuck on a trail somewhere.
Lunch - Salad with spinach, cabbage, hard boiled egg, left-over pork tenderloin slice, broccoli, carrots, tomato, bell pepper. Yum!
Superbowl Snacks - BBQ meatballs, mixed raw veggies.
Superbowl Dinner - 1 slice of veggie pizza, mixed fruit. It is NOT easy to eat paleo when I am out with family and friends. At least I've been better on non-paleo portions.

Week 4 Goal
Move toward paleo breakfasts. Start lowering dairy (yogurt) and grain (oatmeal) products. Replace with protein and fruits/veggies.
