Breakfast - Banana, slice of lean turkey, gatorade, calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Exercise - 8 miles on the trails. Ate a handful of dried cranberries and roasted peanuts. Felt good to be running again! Had an achy knee however.
Snack - Gatorade, apple.
Lunch - Went to Chipotle with parents. Salad with lettuce, beef, sauteed peppers and onions, corn, salsa, little bit of sour cream and chipotle dressing. A couple of chips with guacomole. Iced tea.
Dinner - Homemade marinara suace with ground turkey over spinach and cabbage. Carrots. Slice of Rosemary & Pepper Soda Bread. Exercise - 30 min walk around neighborhood.
Dessert - 2 scoops of oreo ice cream. Wheat bread and ice cream... I may be in trouble tonight.
