Food & Exercise Diary for Monday 8/16
Breakfast - Smoothie with 3/4 cup ABOU, 1/2 scoop whey protein, peach, 2 strawberries. Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Lunch - Hard boiled egg, handful of peanuts. Salad with spinach, cabbage, tomato, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, pickle relish.
Snack - Raisins, gatorade, 1/2 grapefruit cranberry muffin (wheat version of orange cranberry muffin - see GF recipes).
Exercise - 20 min treadmill. Weight lifting including 3x10 squats w/ 18 lbs, 3x12 calf raises, 3x20 obliques, 3x12 bicep curls w/ 12.5 lbs, etc. 10 min stationary bike.
Dinner - TJ's chipotle flat iron steak, mixed veggies, 1 pepper and olive roll-up. TJ's 100% cranberry juice. Popcorn.
