Report for 8/18

Food & Exercise Diary for Wednesday 8/18
Breakfast - Peach, slice of lean turkey, juice.  Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Snack - Starbucks Chai Soy Latte
Lunch - PTC catered lunch.  Lemonade, assorted fruit (watermelon, cantaloupe, strawberries), cucumber & red onions.  Taco salad with lettuce, ground turkey, tomato, celery, kidney beans, a little cheese, a little dressing.
Exercise - 20 min on stationary bike.  3 x 60 sec planks, chest and arm weights.
Snack - Gatorade, apple.
Dinner - Grilled tilapia with sea salt, pepper, lemon juice.  Salad with cabbage, yellow squash, cauliflower, carrots, pickle relish.  TJ's 100% cranberry juice.  Brown rice cake.

Hips - 32.75"
I definitely had a little post-marathon-depression, both phsyically and emotionally.  I feel like I'm hitting my stride again.
