Report for 8/21

Food & Exercise Diary for Saturday 8/21
Breakfast - Banana, slice of turkey, TJ's 100% cranberry juice.  Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Lunch - Curried egg salad with kidney beans, green bell pepper, cabbage, spinach.  Brown rice cake.
Exercise - 1 mile walk.
Dinner - Went to the Auburn Alehouse with the husband.  Grilled chicken breast and thigh, grilled veggies, garlic mashed potatoes.
