Food & Exercise Diary for Sunday 8/22
Breakfast - Peach, lean turkey breast, TJ's 100% cranberry juice. Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Exercise - 50 min on stationary bike. 3x10 squat-bicep curl-overhead press combo with 10 lbs, 3x20 ball crunches.
Snack - Gatorade, brown rice cake.
Lunch - Tuna salad with onion, green bell pepper, cauliflower, cabbage, spinach.
Dinner - Salad with lettuce, broccoli, red bell pepper, red onion, garbanzo beans, beets, bacon, BBQ chicken. Glass of ABOU.
