Breakfast - Banana, hard boiled egg, handful of trail mix (nuts/cranberries/raisins). Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Snacks - Celery with TJ's goddess dressing, apple, gatorade.
Lunch - Salad with kidney beans, tomato, cucumber, onion, spinach, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar.Exercise - 30 min on stationary bike. 3x20 push-ups, obliques. 3x10 squats w/ 15 lbs. 3x20 calf raises, 3x10 shoulder lifts w/ 10lbs.
Dessert - Mini coconut frozen yogurt from Pinkberry. Didn't need that, but on a hot night it felt good.
