Food & Exercise Diary for Sunday 8/29
Breakfast - Homegrown peach, coconut jam muffin, handful of almonds, ginger tea. Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Lunch - Zucchini Potato Casserole (see photo).
Snack - Carrots, brown rice cake.
Dinner - With family. BBQ turkey, pork, peppers, onion, zucchini. Salad with lettuce, tomato, carrots. Piece of chocolate cake with peanut butter frosting. An indulgence for sure, hopefully one that won't affect my sleep.
