Food & Exercise Diary for 8/30
Breakfast - Smoothie with 3/4 cup ABVU, 3/4 cup strawberries, 1/2 banana, 1/2 scoop whey protein. Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin. 1/2 banana.
Snacks - Celery, carrots, apple.
Lunch - BBQ turkey, peppers, onion. Salad with spinach, tomato, broccoli. Gatorade.
Dinner - Hungry after work, stopped by Raley's Grocery. Chicken fajita salad with tomatoes, pepper, onion. Mixed raw veggies.
Exercise - 35 min on stationary bike. Weight lifting including squats, tricep work, ball crunches, etc.
Snack - Brown rice cake. Chips and bean dip. Splurged on starches tonight. Was CRAVING salt.
