Report for 8/4

Food & Exercise Diary for Wednesday 8/4
Breakfast - Apple, GF purple muffin.  Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Lunch - Tuna salad with spinach, broccoli, tomato, green bell pepper, carrots.  V8 juice.
Snack - Carrots
Dinner - Jamaican Jerk Chicken Tenders, baked zucchini.  Couple of dried banana chips for dessert.
Exercise - 35 minutes full body weightlifting, light on the legs.

I vow a return to normalcy!  I have been eating too much (by giving myself vacation/gluten free excuses) and not exercising enough.  I need to start running again.  I will feel better, I know it!
