Food & Exercise Diary for Thursday 8/5
Breakfast - Hard boiled egg, apple, V8 juice.
Lunch - Turkey chili, carrots, couple of jelly beans.
Exercise - 40 min on treadmil, 5.3 mi/hr avg pace. 1st run since marathon. Felt like I was working out the kinks, but it felt GOOD!
Snack - Cytomax, brown rice cake.
Dinner - Salad with spinach, cucumber, tomato, broccoli, green bell pepper, pickle relish. Pink lemonade, pressed fruit bar.
Body Stats
Weight - 99 lbs
BMI - 18.1
Weight is up slightly from the post-marathon period. Not surprising for several reasons.
