Food & Exercise Diary for Sunday 8/8
Breakfast - Banana, V8 juice. Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Lunch - Iced tea, handful of almonds. Salad with spinach, home grown tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper, broccoli, TJ's sweet pickle relish. V8 juice.
Exercise - 40 min on treadmill, avg pace 5.3 mi/hr. 3x20 push-ups and ball crunches.
Dinner - Husband and I treated ourselves to a dinner out @ PF Chang's China Bistro. 1 spring roll, dynamite shrimp, shanghai cucumbers.
