Food & Exercise Diary for Monday 9/13
Breakfast - Banana, hard boiled egg, calcium supplement.
Snacks - Carrots, apple, brown rice cake.
Lunch - Gatorade. Salad with spinach, lettuce, garbanzo beans, tomato, celery, onion, apple cider vinegar, balsamic vinaigrette.
Dinner -
Starving after work, stopped by Raley's Grocery. Chicken fajita salad: chicken, pepper, red onion, tomato. Broccoli slaw: broccoli, cauliflower, celery, raisins, sunflower seeds, light dressing.
Exercise - 30 min on stationary bike. Weight lifting including squats, bicep curls, ball crunches, etc.
Snack - Some popcorn.
