Report for 9/10

Food Diary for Friday 9/10
Breakfast - Banana, cocounut jam muffin, TJ's 100% cranberry juice.  Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.  Starbucks Soy Chai Latte.  A splurge.
Snacks - Apple, carrots.
Lunch - Salad with spinach, lettuce, hard boiled egg, broccoli, celery.
Snack - Pepitas, V8 blueberry pomegranate juice.
Dinner - A few corn chips, rosemary pork tenderloin (see recipes), cantaloupe.  Dessert with family.  Scoop of peanut butter cup icecream.
