Food & Exercise Diary for Tuesday 9/7
Breakfast - Pear, hard boiled egg. Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Snacks - TJ's 100% dried apricot bar, apple, brown rice cake.
Lunch - Salad with lettuce, spinach, tomato, cucumber, carrots, green bell pepper, onion. TJ's goddess dressing.
Exercise - 30 min on stationary bike. Weight lifting including lunges, obliques, calf raises.
Dinner - Went to Chili's with parents. Chips and salsa (my undeniable weakness), chicken breast with 2 strips of bacon and BBQ sauce. Steamed broccoli and carrots.
