Food & Exercise Diary for Wednesday 9/8
Breakfast - Pear, coconut jam muffin. Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Snack - Juice, dried fruit bar.
Lunch - Salad with spinach, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper, carrots, TJ's pickle relish.
Exercise - 50 min on stationary bike.
Snack - Apple, small piece of carrot cake. The power of suggestion eh? Saw my husband eating a piece and could not resist. I've had such a major sweet tooth recently.
Dinner - Tuna salad with green bell pepper, onion, spinach, lettuce. Brown rice cake, TJ's 100% cranberry juice.
