Report for 9/9

Food & Exercise Diary for Thursday 9/9
Breakfast - Banana, coconut jam muffin, TJ's cranberry juice.  Calcium supplement & multi-vitamin.
Snacks - Dried fruit bar, brown rice cake, apple.
Lunch - Salad with lettuce, spinach, tomato, carrots, green bell pepper, onion, TJ's goddess dressing.
Exercise - 20 min on stationary bike.  Weight lifting including squats, ball crunches, etc.
Dinner - Handful of peanuts.  Salad with spinach, lettuce, tomato, broccoli, onion, salsa.
